These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 499com platform and all services operated under it. 499com is an online betting and lottery platform operating under an international gaming licence.

If match-fixing or abnormal betting patterns are detected in any sport, 499com reserves the full right to void the relevant bets and associated winnings.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• Deposits must be made from a mobile number registered under the account holder's name.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. Delays may occur due to bank or network issues.
• Deposits made through a third party will not be accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Funds typically arrive in mobile banking within 15–30 minutes.
• For large amounts (৳50,000 or more), additional verification may be required.
• Rollover requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings earned from a bonus.

499com offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers, each granted subject to specific terms and conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: New members get up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. This bonus can only be claimed once.
• Rollover Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered at least 10 times (different conditions may apply to specific bonuses).

• Strategic exploitation of the bonus system (Bonus Abuse).
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Sharing your account login details with anyone else or selling your account.
• Attempting to breach the security of the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

499com may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Where evidence of a Terms and Conditions violation is found.
• When suspicious or unusual activity is detected.
• KYC verification has not been completed (after a withdrawal request is submitted).
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• The user submits a request to close their own account.

To voluntarily close your account, email support@499com.click. If your account has a remaining balance at the time of closure, it can be withdrawn provided the rollover requirement has been met.

499com is not liable for the following:

• Lost bets or ended sessions due to internet disconnection.
• Deposit delays due to temporary disruptions with third-party payment services.
• If a user's device or account is hacked — though 499com ensures the security of its own platform.
• Uncertainty of sporting outcomes — betting is inherently a risk.
